What do I do when I first join?
Read the #welcome message!
There should be a welcome message which more or less tells you what to do! but if you don't understand / get some things, you're in the right place!
Do your #roles
Without these you kind of have no point of being here- there is a big rule with self-roles, as of you cannot see any channels, except the announcements, help desk, this channel, and the welcome channel. so please do your self roles !!
Read the #rules !!
These rules are very important and should be read !! At least scan through them !! There are certain rules there that are very important.
Do your # attendee-intros and maybe read the others!
Although we do have self-roles which help identify a few things, we still want to get to know all of you! You all are beautiful / handsome / good looking people! (sorry if that sounded kinda weird- I tried to find something for people who don't Identify as a girl or boy and "good looking" id the only thing I came up with- anyway--) We would love to get to know all of you !!

We are an EDT-based convention!
What are the dates?
September 4th - 6th
Why can't I see {channel name} here?
Well- this could be because you have not done all of your self roles, there is no content in that channel, or because you do not have the permission to look at it!
Is there an age requirement?
Yes! You have to be 13+ to be in this convention! As the discord guidelines go, we do not allow kids younger than 13 to attend this convention, and if we figure out you're lying about your age, you will be banned!
How do I apply for {certain role}
Well! You can go to the button on the last page, click the "Applications button, and there you will find all the applications!
Explaining our bots!
@Yui is our moderator bot! She helps out with modding, and making sure the server is in good conditions!
@Lawliet is for the welcome and farewell messages! This bot send a welcome message to each new member!
@PluralKit and @Tupperbox is for people part of a system. These bots are to not be used for rp purposes, or for anything outside of having alters / having a system.
@ Carl-bot # 1536 l is for the self roles and rules! They will give you all the self roles you are in need of!
@ServerStats is to keep track of how many members we have in the server!
@SpoilerBoT is for mobile people to be able to put the spoiler warning on pictures!
@Groovy is for the rave, and for you all to be able to use to listen to music in the music channel!
If you do not understand any roles, please read below!
@Frog Ruler (Con Host) : This is the person in charge basically! They are the one that made Kaeru Con possible in the first place! They are the one that make everything and make sure everything is going smoothly!
@Frog Associates (Admin) : These people are in charge of certain categories! (Will be mentioned in each category!) They will help out with posts for our Instagram, (not out yet) , and make sure their certain section is going smoothly and are satisfied with their experience! They have worked very hard so go give them some appreciation! Without them this con would not have been possible!
@Frog Helpers (Staff) : These are people who will help out mod our events/panels, and will answer any questions you guys have! They will make sure everyone is following the rules and make sure you all are having fun! They also are working very hard so go give them some love and appreciation!
@Trees (Popular Creators): These are our Lovely VIP Guests! They have their own VIP Private area to themselves and some even have meet and greets! They all have their own booths / channels set up which you can all check out! Please give them some love !!
@Flowers (Artists): These are our lovely artists featured at Kaeru Con! Most of them are selling their art they all have worked very hard on! Please give them some love they also have worked very hard on their booths / channels so go check them out!
@Leafs (Featured Cosplayers): These are our lovely and creative cosplayers! Their cosplays are all very amazing and they are all very talented and unique! I know I've said this a lot- but go give them some love they all deserve it!!
@Young Frogs (Panel Hosts) : These are our lovely panel/even hosts! They all have certain panels/events/meetup they will be hosting which are all on the schedule in the (tba channel-) (Please DM them, not staff, head staff, or panel hosts if you want to join their panel-)
@Tadpoles with Legs (Panelists) : These lovely people are apart of some panels! They love to be apart of these kind of things which is why they join em! They will help out mae this con experience a good one so go check out our panels, events, and meetups!
@Tadpoles (Attendees) : And these are all of you! You all are able to check out the con and check out everyone! We all have worked so hard on this con so we all hope you have fun! You all are free to share this around as much as possible!
@Poison Ivy (No Roles) : bros- yall need self roles- do it-
@Warning These are our rebels basically. The people that have this role cannot have access to anything at the con except for a channel that can only reach to admins, staff, and the host. so be good!
